Pedestrian Hit By Train In Norman, Critically Injured

An adult pedestrian was critically hurt Saturday night after being hit by a train in Norman, police confirmed to News 9.

The incident happened at about 9:45 at the train crossing at east Duffy Street and south Jenkins Avenue, police said.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, authorities said.

The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
