31-Year-Old Man Identified As Victim In Deadly Okmulgee Shooting

A 31-year-old man shot and killed in Okmulgee on Monday has been identified.

Okmulgee Police said Jonathon Pigeon was shot multiple times, possibly with a sawed-off shotgun.

It happened near the West 2nd and North Bryan Avenue intersection in Okmulgee around 9 p.m.

Chief Prentice said responding officers found Pigeon lying in the street with gunshot wounds.

Witnesses described the shooter as possibly a male, wearing dark-colored clothing, running down an alley, police said.
