A metro non-profit that educates the community and celebrates Indian Culture is offering free classes to learn Bollywood-style dancing.

News 9 Jordan Ryan took the Coca-Cola Porch out in the community for some Bollywood dance lessons.

The Indian Association of Oklahoma will be hosting dance lessons in Military Park from 7 to 8 p.m. on July 20.

Krish Patel with the association said they will have two instructors who will teach anyone who wants to learn.

He said his favorite part about his work is getting to share his culture with Oklahoma.

"Our culture is so rich and diverse. I love seeing the smiles when people try our food for the first time or try our dance for the first time. It's such a good feeling," Patel said.

This fall, the Indian Association of Oklahoma will be hosting India Food and Arts Festival where there will be a variety of activities and events that highlight authentic Indian culture.
