Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 C. Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 C. Water or Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Fresh-cut Ginger

Instructions

  1. Cutting Prep: Pre-cut your mango, banana, and ginger so they fit in the blender.
  2. Add to Mix: Put your cut up mango, banana, and ginger into the blender.
  3. Add to Mix Cont.: Add in the Greek yogurt, we use vanilla flavor for this example, then add water or milk for a creamier consistency.
  4. Final mix and blend: Finally, add your cinnamon and blend!
