A Florida-based energy company continues to put up wind turbines in western Oklahoma, despite a request from the state to 'cease and desist.' 

Officials with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (OG&E) are warning Oklahomans of a sophisticated consumer scam targeting utility customers in Oklahoma and most likely in other states as well.
