A pair of policy memos circulated recently by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services may pave the way for sudden visa denials and referrals for deportation, immigration attorneys say. 

A fundraiser to help those seeking protection under the Deferred Action From Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, was held in Norman Tuesday night.  

Citizenship and Immigration Services says it's resumed accepting requests to renew a grant of deferred action under the Obama-era program that shields from deportation young immigrants brought to the U.S. as children and who remain in the country illegally. 

U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said 100 immigrants will be sworn in as U.S. citizens at the Oklahoma City Courthouse, Friday.
