Dramatic new accounts from some of the 103 people who survived a plane crash in Durango, Mexico are giving insight into why it may have gone down. 

Hurricane Matthew has strengthened to a catastrophic Category 4 storm as it barrels toward the heavily populated coast of Florida. 

Florida Governor Rick Scott sounded the alarm on the powerful Hurricane Matthew on Wednesday, saying no matter what path the storm takes now, “the effects will be devastating.“
