OU-Texas Game Time Announced

NORMAN, Oklahoma – Fans attending this year's OU vs. Texas matchup may have to pack some extra caffeine.

ABC announced that the Oklahoma-Texas football game will kickoff at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8. The entire game will be nationally televised on ABC as an exclusive telecast.

The matchup will be played in the Cotton Bowl at Dallas, the site of the contest every season since 1929.

OU will look for its second straight win this year, after beating the Longhorns 28-20 last season.

This year's meeting with the Longhorns is the fifth game of the season for OU, which plays three of its first four games at home.
