Suspects In Beating, Tattooing Of Del City Man Reach Plea Deal

OKLAHOMA CITY – Four people accused of beating, torturing, and tattooing "RAPEST" on an 18- year-old Del City man's forehead have reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

Zachary Chase Provence, Richard Dellert, Kim Kirchler, and Lorena Amanda Hodges are accused of attacking Stetson Johnson in April and leaving him for dead at Eagle Lake. At the time, investigators said the beating was so brutal they were surprised Johnson survived.

The four defendants went before Oklahoma County District Judge Stephen Alcorn Tuesday. They are charged with kidnapping, assault and battery, and maiming.

News 9 has learned Provence and Dellert will plead guilty in exchange for a sentence of 10 years in prison and an additional 10 years of probation. Kirchler and Hodges will plead guilty in exchange for five-year prison sentence and five years of probation.
