Man Who Raped Teen At OKC Park Has Distinctive Tattoo

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have released a sketch of a man suspected of raping a 17-year-old girl at Stars and Stripes Park at Lake Hefner.

The attack happened June 21. Police say the victim struggled with her attacker, and as a result he may have had some facial injuries.

The victim describes the man as Hispanic, approximately 25 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 220 pounds. He has a large stomach, a light complexion, and straight, black hair that brushes his collar. The victim also says the man had green eyes, but police say he may have been wearing color contacts.

Police say the rapist also has a distinctive tattoo on his upper left arm of a pair of hands in a crown. The victim says the hands were detailed, but the crown was unfinished.
