Ingredients:
Tomato slices
Fresh mozzarella
Roasted red peppers
Kalamata olive
Prosciutto
Grilled portabello
Marinated artichokes
Pecorino Romano
Balsamic glaze
Directions:
Start with four slices each of tomato, mozzarella, and proscuitto arranged on a platter.
Garnish empty areas with everything else.
Top with glaze and olive oil.
