A 14-mile police car chase and foot pursuit in Okmulgee County ended with the arrest of two Tulsa residents last Thursday.

The suspects are Jimmy Odell, 38, and Kayla Willis, 20.

The chase began after Beggs Police Chief Wesley Fish spotted the pair in a stolen car.

Fish says the suspects ran several vehicles off state Highway 16 near Highway 75 during the chase, which reached 110 mph at times.

Odell and Willis were booked into the Okmulgee County jail on complaints of possession of a stolen vehicle, stolen property and narcotics.  Odell was also booked on complaints of eluding, driving under suspension, endangering others and possession of burglary tools.

Chief Fish said Odell and Willis are career criminals with extensive criminal histories.

The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office assisted in the pursuit and arrests.
