After listening to closing arguments Wednesday morning, six jurors declared Andrew Dennehy, the suspected courthouse shooter, competent to stand trial.
The jury deliberated for only 15 minutes before coming to a decision.
Criminal charges against Dennehy will now move forward.
Dennehy faces a charge of shooting with intent to kill and two firearms counts for allegedly opening fire March 7, 2012 on the plaza between the Tulsa County Courthouse and the Tulsa Central Library.
His trial is taking place in a Tulsa County courtroom. A jury was picked Monday and Tuesday and those jurors listened to defense and prosecution witnesses.
Two doctors who testified for the defense said after treatment Dennehy might be competent to stand trial at a later date.
