The week four college football polls are out, and the Sooners and Cowboys did some shifting.
In the AP poll, OU was voted sixth, while OSU was unranked and received 19 votes. OSU's 19 votes essentially tie them for 30th with Rutgers. The Sooners fell one spot despite not playing a game. They were overtaken by Georgia, who crushed Florida Atlantic.
In the USA Today poll, Oklahoma State crept back into the poll at No. 25, while OU held steady at No. 5.
Joining the Cowboys and Sooners in the rankings were West Virginia, Kansas State, TCU and Texas, all four of whom were ranked in both polls. Iowa State and Baylor each received significant votes but did not make either poll.
OU hosts Kansas State on Saturday, while OSU has a bye week.
