Developers Break Ground On Luxury Apartment Complex In Downtown OKC

A groundbreaking in Oklahoma City's Midtown shows another sign of progress.

Developers broke ground on "The Edge at Midtown," a luxury apartment complex located at N.W. 13th Street and Walker Avenue. Formerly the site of Mercy Hospital, the Edge is a 249-unit apartment complex and has 8,000 square feet of retail space that is also part of the development.

The complex also will feature a game room, movie theater, swimming pool, fitness center, dog park and a great view of downtown.

Construction is scheduled to start next week and take approximately two years to complete.
