The Custer County Sheriff's Office has ruled out Gilberto Paz as a suspect in JaRay Wilson's disappearance.

Investigators questioned the 37-year-old about Wilson's disappearance on Saturday. He told police he had not recently seen the teenager, however, deputies arrested him Saturday night on a concealed weapons charge.

Authorities believe Wilson may have been sold into a sex trafficking ring. The 16-year-old hasn't been heard from since October 14.

However, at Weatherford high school, rumors spread that the search for Wilson was over.

The frustration builds as rumors spread the search was over for JaRay Wilson. That couldn't be farther from the truth for her parents, Jara and Rodney, who work around the clock, searching for their daughter.

Custer County Sheriff Bruce Peoples announced their "person-of-interest" passed an Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics polygraph test at the county jail, a setback for investigators who continue following numerous tips about Wilson.

Wilson's parents said they won't stop looking for their daughter.

Anyone with information on Wilson's whereabouts should contact their local law enforcement agency. Her family says any tip, big or small, could help them find their only child.
