One Killed After Shooting At SW OKC Car Wash

Police are investigating a shooting at a car wash in southwest Oklahoma City that left one man dead, Sunday night.<br />

Police are investigating a shooting at a car wash in southwest Oklahoma City that left one man dead, Sunday night.

It happened at the Star Wash in the 2100 block of SW 51st St, across from Ulysses S. Grant High School.

A white male was transported from the scene by ambulance to a local hospital where died shortly after his arrival. Police are on the lookout for a Hispanic male suspect.

According to police, the victim was vacuuming out his car when he was approached by the suspect and shots were fired.

Crime scene investigators are on the scene. Multiple witnesses are being interviewed. Police believe the scene may have also been captured on surveillance footage in the area.

So far no arrests have been made and police have not released a description of the suspect. This marks the 86th murder in Oklahoma City in 2012.
