Tulsa Gang Member Sentenced To Ten Years For Not Stopping Murder

A man known on the street as the "Dreamer" will do his dreaming behind bars for the next ten years.

Jose Robledo told investigators he was there when Donnie Fitzpatrick was murdered in Tulsa in 2011, but couldn't do anything to stop it.

The triggerman, Joseph Hermosillo - a gangster known as the "Joker" - received a life sentence.

The "Joker" told police informants Fitzpatrick was shot for not paying the proper respect to a Mexican gang.
