Jury Selection Begins For Man Accused In Shooting Of Former OK Deputy

Jury selection began Monday for one of the men charged in the shooting of former Oklahoma deputy.

Christopher Baker, 28, along with another suspect confronted Major John Waldenville outside of Cattleman's Steakhouse as he left to make a bank deposit in May of 2011.

Baker faces charges of shooting with intent to kill and robbery with a firearm.

Opening statements could begin as early as Tuesday.
