Police Respond To Two Shootings In North OKC

Police responded to the scenes of two separate shootings on the north side of Oklahoma City, Wednesday night.

OKC Police Officers were called to the scene of the first shooting, located at 1223 NW 18^th St., at around 9 p.m.

Shortly after that, police say a second shooting took place in the 500 block of N. Rockwell. Emergency personnel say two victims were present at the scene of the second shooting. One of those victims died at the scene. The other was transported to a local hospital.

Police say that two black males were seen leaving the area. Homicide detectives have been requested at the scene of the second shooting. No other information about the second shooting is known at this time.

The first shooting has been deemed as suicide.
