Oklahoma City Police have arrested a man they say robbed a jewelry store at gunpoint, but a second suspect is still on the run.
Thursday morning, two men with guns robbed Higgins Jewelers near N.W. 122nd Street and MacArthur Boulevard. After the robbery, the men took off in a Honda Accord that was later found abandoned at a nearby apartment complex.

Police received an anonymous tip from someone who saw the robbery on the news. That information led investigators to 50-year-old felon, Richard Todd Mitchell. He was arrested late Thursday night and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on complaints of robbery with a firearm, conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Mitchell was also arrested in December as a suspect in another robbery. Police say he and Jayme Ernst robbed a store that sells sexual toys and lingerie.
