Smoked Sausage Lentil Soup

1 package Frontier Sausage Lentil Soup Mix (Braum's Fresh Market)

1 package smoked sausage, sliced

1 package mushrooms, sliced

1 onion, chopped

8 cups beef broth

1 cup red wine

In a large stockpot over medium heat sauté the onions and smoked sausage in a little olive oil. Once the onions are golden in color stir in 2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes, wine, chicken broth, lentils from soup mix as well as the seasoning packet. Cover and cook for 1 hour till lentils are tender!
