According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, at about 1:30 a.m., troopers shut down a portion of I-40 westbound just east of Garth Brooks Blvd. in Yukon, after a track hoe became tangled in power lines above the interstate.
It took crews about an hour to clear the area.
About 1,300 OG&E customers in the area were without power for a while. But we're told the lights are back on Thursday morning.
All lanes of I-40 are also back open.
