OKC Dad Creates Unique Pancake Art

There is a pancake artist among us. A dad here in the metro is putting other parents and their round pancakes to shame. So, we went to his house for breakfast to see and eat them for ourselves.

Breakfast with the Blankenship boys is a fun way to start the day. As Mason and Dax put away the pancakes, their dad Kevin plays chef like most parents. But unlike most, his pancakes can take you on a voyage back in time.

Kevin is a pancake artist deluxe. He's a cartoonist and writer on the side. His work decorates their house in many rooms and in many ways. So he began his fierce flap-jack flippin' as a way to share his love of art with his boys.
