The family of a man killed in the custody of Moore Police Officers at the Warren theater fear their cell phone video of the incident may be tampered with by police.
"I've been violated," Nair Rodriquez, whose husband died Friday night after an incident in the theater parking lot, said.

The family said cell phone video taken from the scene showed several officers tackling Luis Rodriguez and beating him after Luis tried to settle an argument between his wife and daughter.
The video was taken by officers at the scene who told the family the video is now evidence.
"The law allows police to seize something like that, if they think it can be altered or destroyed or lost," Irven Box, local attorney and former OKC police officer, said.
The Moore Police Department released a statement Monday saying the phone was placed into a secured property room and wrapped in tin foil so it can't be altered by an external source.
Moore police also told News 9, detectives obtained a search warrant for the phone and are now reviewing video of the incident.
Nair was told she will get her cell phone back on Tuesday.
"They are trying to hide what they did," Nair said.
Three Moore police officers are on paid administrative leave pending an investigation into the incident.
