Woman Killed In Auto Accident In SW OKC

A woman was killed in an automobile accident in southwest Oklahoma City, Thursday night.

Emergency crews were called to the scene near SW 38^th St. and Mustang Rd.

According to Oklahoma City police, a red car driven by the woman was northbound on Mustang Rd. when it crossed left of center and collided with a southbound pickup truck.

It is unclear at this time what caused the driver of the red car to cross into the oncoming lane. Police have only identified the victim as a female at this time.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
