One Muskogee County jailer was arrested and another was fired after the sheriff's office says jail surveillance cameras showed one of them allowing drugs into the county jail Wednesday.

Sheriff Charles Pearson told MuskogeeNow.com Cree Robinson was arrested on a complaint of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance in a penal institution.

Another jailer, Dejohnae Cone, was fired. Pearson says Cone was Robinson's supervisor.

He said the jailer was booking Deandre Buchanan, 19, and Shantae Maxwell, 19, into the jail at the time.

Pearson said the drugs were a small amount of marijuana and what was believed to be rock crack cocaine.

He said an investigation into the incident continues.
