Peach And Caramel Crisp
2 pounds fresh peaches, sliced (or 2 packages frozen peaches)
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cubed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix peaches, blueberries, and 1/4 cup sugar in a 9x9 baking pan. In a medium sized bowl mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Using a fork or your finger work the chilled butter into the flour mixture till crumbs form. Pour the crumble over the top and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
