Tulsa Police made an arrest Tuesday in connection of a fatal weekend shooting.
Police said after a multi-agency investigation into the death of 57-year-old Richard Parker, they identified and arrested Kordarius Scott as the shooter.
They said Parker was found shot to death behind the wheel of an SUV in the parking lot of the Tonight Inn. Police said a woman flagged down a patrol officer at 8833 East Admiral around 2:20 p.m. Saturday saying there had been a shooting.

Officials said initial interviews at the scene led them to believe a small gold Ford vehicle with tinted windows was involved in the shooting. Once Scott was named as the shooter, surveillance teams found a gold Ford Fusion matching the descriptions and followed it until they confirmed Scott was inside.
They said Scott drove into the McDonald's parking lot at 3100 South Memorial and was arrested.
Police have yet to determine a sequence of events but Sergeant Dave Walker with the Tulsa Police said Scott and Parker knew each other.
Walker said Scott is on interstate parole from Kansas and feared he would leave the state after the shooting and it was important he was arrested quickly.
Scott will be arrested for first degree murder, Walker said.
