Italian Hoagie Ring
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices provolone cheese, halved
1/4 lb deli sliced hard salami
1/2 lb deli sliced ham
20 slices pepperoni
Olive tapinade
1/4 cup melted butter with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 8 rectangles. On ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, arrange rectangles in ring so short sides of rectangles form a circle in center. Overlap the dough so they touch and form a ring. Place slices of ham around the ring then continue layering in the following order: Ham, sprinkle mozzarella, salami, provolone, pepperoni. Then spread tapinade over the top. Then bring the dough flaps over the top and secure under the dough in the center. Brush the top with garlic butter. Place in the oven and cook for 18-22 minutes or until the crescent roll is golden brown. Allow the hoagie ring to sit for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with a green salad!
