Turtle Brownie Pie
2 frozen pie crusts
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 bag of chocolate chips
2 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Braum's Caramel Sauce
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter together and then allow to cool. In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly stir in the chocolate mixture and beat together till there are no lumps. Now add in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir just till the flour is combined. Stir in the pecans.
Pour 1/4 cup of caramel sauce into the bottom of each pie crust. Then pour 1/2 of the brownie mixture into each pie shell. Place the pie shells on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
