A Bartlesville man died in a two-car crash on Highway 75 south near Ochelata Wednesday morning, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the crash happened at about 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of 75 and West 2900 Road, east of Ochelata.

The OHP says Janet Hardin, 74, of Bartlesville, was driving a 2013 Lexus westbound when she pulled into the path of a southbound 1997 Dodge Intrepid, driven by Larry Miller, 57, also of Bartlesville.

A medical helicopter flew Miller to a Tulsa hospital, where he later died. Paramedics took Hardin to a Bartlesville where she was treated and released.

The trooper's report stated Miller was not wearing his seat belt.

The crash closed Highway 75 in both directions for over an hour.
