Fresh Blueberry Pecan Crisp
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon cornstarch or tapioca powder
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, cubed
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the blueberries, cornstarch, And sugar in a 8x8 baking pan and toss together. In a medium sized bowl combine the flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Then work in the cubed butter till the mixture is lumpy. Add in the pecans. Add the crumble mixture over the top and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with Braum's vanilla bean ice cream.
