Logan County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two people accused of assaulting and robbing a woman on Tuesday.
According to police, the victim suffered injuries to her face from the assault. Her vehicle, a burgundy 2006 Chevrolet Impala, was taken during the robbery.
Deputies served a search warrant on a home in the 1300 block of Post Oak Lane in Edmond. During the search of the home, property from the victim’s vehicle was located, as well as a stolen Kawasaki motorcycle from Union City, and a pair of tires stolen from Shawnee.
The victim’s vehicle was recovered at the Flying J truck stop located at N.E. 122 and I-35 in Oklahoma City. As a result of the investigation, two people were arrested, 27-year-old Stephanie Nichole Meadows and 29-year-old Dustin Lee Meadows.
Dustin Meadows is facing charges of conjoint robbery, aggravated assault and battery, and possession of stolen property. Stephanie Meadows is facing charges of carrying a firearm after conviction/during probation, possession of stolen property, conjoint robbery and aggravated assault and battery.
