Fire Reported At Rockwood Elementary In OKC

Firefighters are battling a fire at Rockwood Elementary in southwest Oklahoma City.

The fire was reported at 8:09 p.m. Sunday. The fire is on the roof of the gymnasium which is under construction. It appears the fire is on the exterior of the building, Oklahoma City fire District Chief Benny Fulkerson said.

Firefighters were getting reports of visible flames coming from the school, 3101 SW 24.
