A Wind Advisory is still in effect until Thursday morning for the OKC metro. A cold front will come through Wednesday night, but rain chances stay in southeast Oklahoma.
The wind will howl out of the northwest between 20 to 35 mph with gusts around 45. Temperatures will drop to the upper 30s but wind chills will be a factor.
It will be a blustery start to Thursday morning with northwest wind continuing between 20 to 35 mph during the day. There will be plenty of sun but temperatures will be cooler around 60 degrees. The fire threat will remain in the extreme category.
