Police are upping the reward for information leading to the arrest of a gunman in a deadly shooting. Two teens are already charged in connection with Kenneth Keeling's murder last December.
But investigators hope a new $1,000 reward will lead them to their suspect.
For months, Norman investigators have searched for 18-year-old Tevin Hicks.
“Since December when the homicide happened our detectives received a number of tips. Those include some that he's been sighted in town,” said Sarah Jensen, Norman Police spokeswoman.
Despite numerous sightings, Hicks has yet to be found.

Investigators believe Hicks was at the Summerfield Village Apartments the night Keeling was shot. Keeling had just stepped outside on his balcony for a smoke when the shooting began.
“I just want to let everybody know that it had really affected me, my kids, my mother-in-law. And if you would please help find him to give us closure.
But court documents for the two other teens, said to be involved in the shooting, reveal retaliations as a possible motive. Keeling caught in the middle.
Earlier that night, police say Mathiaz Oropeza and Anthony Mundell were robbed by three people at the same apartment complex. The thieves took off with weed and a cell phone.
Court documents said Oropeza and Mundell later returned with Hicks to search for those who robbed them. They were found standing below Keeling's balcony.
Investigators said that's when Hicks grabbed a gun from the car and started shooting.
Keeling was found shot and lying on the ground inside his apartment by investigators, but he later died at the hospital.
Norman Police also unveiled its new Crime Stoppers program on Wednesday.
Now you can text information anonymously or submit a tip online.
