NW OKC Development Chisholm Creek Continues To Grow

The emergence of a bustling new entertainment district on Oklahoma City’s northside now features Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. 

Monday, Fuzzy’s opened its fifth location in Oklahoma at Chisholm Creek. 

The 190-acre mixed use development is located off of Pennsylvania Avenue, Western Avenue and Memorial Road, along the Kilpatrick Turnpike. 

Chisholm Creek spokeswoman Whitney Rainbolt said within the next decade or so, Chisholm Creek will grow to become a billion dollar development of its own.

“We have a ton of national interest now, which is great. It used to be when you would call national tenants, they would hear Oklahoma City, and they wouldn’t respond. Now, they’re really excited about it,” she said. 

Rainbolt said the first 300 of 1,500 planned apartment units will be open by December of next year.
