A former Tulsa police officer who spent time behind bars for stealing and selling guns was arrested.

Buddy Visser served 18 months in prison for stealing guns from the department’s gun range, where he worked in 2008, and selling them online.

Visser pleaded guilty to selling the guns and ammunition.

Reports show he is now facing new federal charges for again selling guns online, even though he’s an ex-con.

Federal agents say they set up a fake email account to purchase a gun from Visser, and even had cameras installed in his local post office to get video of him shipping it.
