Man Charged With Murder In Tulsa Apartment Shooting

Tulsa County prosecutors filed first-degree murder charges against 27-year-old Cory Kuebler Thursday.

Police say he's the one who shot and killed Corbin Tyler at the Somerset Apartments.

The Department of Corrections says Kuebler was just released from prison a month-and-a-half ago.
