Arrest Made In OKC Man's Shooting Death

Oklahoma City police arrested one person in connection to the city’s 47th homicide of 2016.

According to police, Thursday morning, 34-year-old Richard Garrett was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on a complaint of first-degree murder, in the death of 39-year-old Billy Edwards Jr.

Edwards was found shot and killed in August at an apartment complex near N.W. 19th Street and Meridian Avenue.
