Fire Destroys Cabin At Church Camp Near Chouteau

A cabin was destroyed by a fire on Friday at Camp Christian, a Disciples of Christ church camp near Chouteau.

The camp issued a statement, which reads:

“Camp Christian is sad to share that the Howard Lodge cabin was consumed by a fire during the early hours of Friday morning.  Thankfully, no groups were on campus at the time and no one was injured in the fire.  The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.  Please keep Camp Christian and those involved in your prayers as they look toward continuing the camping traditions that so many have grown to love."
