Michael Bever's Murder Trial Resumes Monday

The murder trial for Michael Bever continues this morning in a Tulsa County courtroom.

One of his surviving sisters took the stand Friday and spoke about the night her parents and three siblings were killed inside their Broken Arrow home.

She testified she was the first one attacked when another brother, Robert Bever, assaulted her.  She told the court she thought her brothers were joking when they approached her a year earlier about the plan and asked if she wanted to join them.

Robert Bever was sentenced to life without parole.  He is back in the Tulsa County jail and it is expected he may testify before his brother's trial is over.
