A beautiful miracle baby is capturing hearts and creating awareness, as this photo circulates on social media.

The photo shared to Instagram is bringing awareness to infertility, and the struggles families often experience when trying to get pregnant.

It shows a baby girl surrounded by in vitro fertilization (IVF) injection needles, while wrapped in a rainbow-colored blanket, wearing a rainbow-colored bow, to symbolize that she is a rainbow baby, a child that follows a miscarriage, neonatal death, stillbirth or infant loss, KPNX 12 News reports.

The caption reads, “4 years, 7 attempts, 3 miscarriages and 1,616 shots.”
