Prosecutors charged a Tulsa woman Wednesday in the stabbing death of a homeless man.

Police allege Nena Blackwell stabbed the man to death at a homeless camp just outside the IDL on Wednesday afternoon, November 21st.

She was charged with Second-Degree Murder.

Police say Blackwell admitted to stabbing the man in the neck because she says he attacked her with a pipe.
