Oklahoma City police have arrested two people in connection to a February homicide.
According to the report, 23-year-old Keshawn Franklin and 18-year-old Marqus Smith are accused of shooting Marlo Goodman, 20, to death and injuring another victim.
The shooting happened in the 2300 block of NW 23rd St.
Officials said officers responded to a shooting call on February 16 and found Goodman dead at the scene.
Franklin and Smith were arrested Friday, March 22.
Franklin was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on one complaint of gang association, one complaint of murder in the second degree and one complaint of possession of a firearm, after former conviction of a felony.
Smith was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on one complaint of gang association, one complaint of murder in the first degree and one complaint of possession of a firearm, after former conviction of a felony.
