Cushing Lake is closed until further notice, city officials announced Sunday.

According to the report, this is due to a breach of the concrete structure beneath the surface of the Cushing Lake dam.

Officials said they are continuing to monitor the situation.

Multiple agencies are assisting with the event and an emergency action plan has been activated.
