Tornado Watch Issued For SW Oklahoma Counties

A tornado watch has been issued for several counties in southwest Oklahoma.

The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch for Carter, Jackson, Jefferson, Love, Stephens and Tillman counties until 12:00 a.m. Thursday.

Storms are expected to develop Wednesday evening in west Texas and move northeast Wednesday night.

News 9 Chief Meteorologist David Payne and the News 9 StormTrackers will be watching the storm.
