Students at Northwest Classen High School in Oklahoma City are being sent home early Friday due to now power, according to Oklahoma City Public Schools officials.
The reason there is no power is because OG&E is having to cut power to the school after an auto accident near the school resulted in damage to a power pole, officials said.
In a tweet sent early Friday afternoon, school officials said buses would be running no later than 1:30 p.m. Parents can pick up their students as soon as they'd like.
