One Person Rescued After Car Crashes Into Ravine In OKC

One person was extricated from a car that crashed into a ravine near the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City, Friday morning.

According to the fire department, crews responded to the report of a car in a ravine near Main and Penn. Officials said a passerby saw the bridge railing was broken, looked down, and saw the vehicle in the water.

Crews extricated one person from that vehicle. That person has been transported to the hospital, suffering from minor injuries.

It’s unclear at this time how long that person was stuck inside the vehicle for.
